Come join the fun at our first of 3 fishing derbies and full moon parties at Horseshoe Bend Marina near Lovell, Wyoming.  Here are the rules below.   Horseshoe Bend Marina Fishing Derby Rules for Saturday, June 18, 2016: 3 of the heaviest fish by weight, must be the following species which can be mixed and matched:  Sauger, Walleye, Small Mouth Bass, Trout – any kind, Ling, catfish. Cost:    Kids (5-15)                                      $35.00*            Individual                                         $50.00            Team of no more than 3 persons:       $100.00 Teams only get one weigh in out of the fish they catch. Payout:           1st Place – 30% of the total of all derby participants’ entry fees, after expenses                       2nd Place – 20% of the total of all derby participants’ entry fees, after expenses                       3rd Place – 10% of the total of…

We are looking for a part time USCG Licensed Capt with a 25T Masters rating for a rotating weekly schedule – one week on, one week off for the 2016 Summer Season.  Must pass a pre employment drug screen and background check.  This is an independent contractor position and you must have a separate tax id number.  Pay is $125 per day plus tips.  Schedule is Tues – Sunday.  Other duties include operating Marina when not on charter.  For more info please call or text Capt. Get your captain’s license now! USCG approved OUPV (6 Pack) Course being offered in your back yard. Master’s upgrade being offered also. Cost: $1195 pp and Master’s Upgrade $350 pp. Maximum number of students is 10 persons this time. $250 non refundable deposit due immediately to hold your seat and pay for the materials. Students will learn Navigation and Piloting, Charting, Rules of the Road and Deck General. This is a 2 week course and attendance is mandatory. Schedule: Mon – Thurs (1st week) and Mon – Fri (2nd week). Master’s Upgrade 3 days following week. Students may park an RV for nothing and there is cheap accommodations available for the first 4 students in a fully furnished apartment. Call Capt. Come out and enjoy fireworks at Horsesoe Bend Marina at the end of Mustang Days in Lovell, Wyoming!  Fireworks start at dark so bring your chairs and enjoy the show.  This annual event shouldn’t be missed and is one of the best venues to watch fireworks on the red rock cliffs in Wyoming.  Horseshoe Bend Marina will be open and serviing food and drink late until the fireworks are over.  Come and enjoy Marina Specials all day long.  Boat slips are available by first come first serve only.  No reservations are possible after this weekend due to numerous no shows this season.  Hope to see you there!
